The guys over at Hack College have created a fantastic infographic with some fun facts about ramen noodles. It’s geared towards students but who doesn’t love a good bowl (or cup) of ramen now and again?

My favorite ramen is Sapporo ramen — with a miso base and toppings that include butter and corn along with seafood options.

I do believe that there is a ramen museum in Yokohama. It’s on my list of places to visit if I get the chance to visit Japan again. Unfortunately, that probably won’t be for another year or two.

The Ramen (Raumen) Museum in Yokohama is great fun! I love food history, so I was quite happy. The one in Osaka is the Cup Noodle museum.
